Elizabeth Reaser was born and raised in Michigan, US. She is an American TV and film actress. Elizabeth was raised in Michigan. Ever since she was little she longed to become an actor. Jessica always had an interest in film and television industries. She began her career as a model. When an Australian casting director reached out to models to audition, she was found out she was an actress. She booked the role of "Kiki" from Lightning Point/Alien Surf Girls. Since then, her small part on Peter Pan and Aquamarine has been seen. Roman Empire was a Netflix original series in which she was the lead character Cleopatra. She appeared as Cleopatra in Season 2 of the original series, The Roman Empire. Jessica was selected in the global competition in 2018 to play the role of Talon, the main character who is the protagonist in The Outpost. She sent a videotape of herself to the producers that included her acting, and an additional tape of her training in MMA. The producers wondered if she was able to do sword fighting, and the next day she uploaded a video of the sword fight she was doing. Jessica knew that the role she was playing required training in weapons. After reading the script she recorded her initial session with a professional. Jonathan Glassner said that the stunt team was amazed by how Jessica fared on her first day of training. Jessica's first time in the United States for a major film role, since previous films were located in Australia. Jessica's mixed martial art as well as horseback riding ability and athleticism allow her to perform stunts portraying the tough woman. Jessica trained in mixed martial arts, boxing, and muay Thai in an gymnasium in Australia. On set, filming Season 4, Jake Stormoen met a stray dog that was roaming about the scene. The dog was later discovered to belong to a litter of stray puppies, who had taken shelter in the set. Jessica took care of the two puppies.
